انجمن پژوهشگران ایران، "جنبش زنان ایران" را برای دریافت جایزه حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد سال 2008 نامزد و معرفی می نماید. در جهت آگاهی بیشتر لازم می دانیم در رابطه با "جایزه حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد" باطلاع برسانیم که این جایزه برای اولین بار در سال 1968، بیستمین سالگرد اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، از طرف مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل اهدا شده و در آن سال "خانم دکترمهرانگیز منوچهریان" یکی از اولین دریافت کنندگان این جایزه بوده است.

انجمن پژوهشگران ایران به اختصار و به شرح زیر دلایل خود را مرعی داشته است:
مبارزات آزادیخواهانه زنان ایرانی در تاریخ معاصر ایران صد سالگی خود را پشت سر گذاشته است و زنان ایرانی علی رغم مشکلات و ناملایمات بسیار گسترده در گذر این دوران طولانی، همچنان ایستادگی کرده و از مشکلات نهراسیده اند؛
دستیابی به بسیاری از حقوق انسانی، مدنی و سیاسی، و اگر چه در سه دهه گذشته سرکوب این حقوق به نهایت خود رسیده است، بی تردید حاصل تمامی این مبارزات خستگی ناپذیر می باشد؛
فعالیت ها و مبارزات زنان در ایران که در مقابل تبعیض های قانونی و اجتماعی و موانع فرهنگی گسترده همچنان توانسته اند راههای بکر و خلاقه با استفاده از تفکری سازنده و پیش رفتن با عقل و منطق را برای دست یابی به اهداف خود برگزینند قابل ارج نهادن است.
تبدیل کردن مبارزات زنان به جنبش سیاسی – اجتماعی "برابری طلبی" که شرکت مردان را نیز بدنبال داشته است؛ جنبشی که روند تازه ای را برای خواست های حقوق بشری در تاریخ اجتماعی ایران فراهم آورده است؛
شجاعت، ایستادگی، مقاومت، نهراسیدن از شکستن سنت ها و از خشونت و زندان و همچنان پای بر جا ماندن دختران و زنان امروز ایران از جمله ویژه گی هایست که انجمن پژوهشگران ایران را بر آن داشته که در شصتمین سالگرد اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر "جنبش زنان ایران" را نامزد جایزه حقوق بشر امسال سازمان ملل متحد بنماید؛

ACI is proud to nominate the “Women’s Movement in Iran” for the 2008 UN Human Rights Prize.The UN Human Rights Prize was first awarded on the twentieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on 10 December 1968. Among the first recipients that year was the attorney and first Iranian female Senator Dr Mehrangiz Manouchehrian.
Iranian women have been at the forefront of social change in the last one hundred years;
The achievement of many civil and political rights is a credit to their unwavering struggle for equality despite grave oppression particularly in the last thirty years;
Recognition is also due for their peaceful, creative and constructive methods used to overcome legal and institutional discrimination in the last thirty years;
The “Women’s Movement in Iran” has successfully transformed itself into a most powerful “equal rights movement” which is inclusive of Iranian men, and so entering a new era in Iran’s struggle for human rights;The courage and unflinching dedication, fearless approach to changing culture and breaking taboos and traditions and standing up to the increasing use of violence and persecution against them make the achievements of Iranian women today most worthy of international recognition and support.
For the above reasons and many more ACI believes that the “Women’s Movement in Iran” would be a most worthy recipient of this award in this, sixtieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We invite the support of all Iranian and international human rights groups, agencies and organisations.

روزآنلاين، رسا قاضي نژاد‏ : در شرايطي که رييس قبلي حوزه علميه قم هم در اعتراض به برخي اقدامات دولت اعتراف کرده "انتقاد مراجع از دولت ‏قبل كمتر بود" از برخي شهرها خبر مي رسد که بر روي ديوارهاي خيابان هاي اصلي شعارهايي بر عليه دولت و ولايت ‏فقيه نوشته شده است. اين شعار نويسي ها در حالي صورت مي گيرد که در دو روز گذشته تجمعاتي اعتراضي در تهران و ‏مشهد نيز برگزار شد که خبرگزاري هاي رسمي جمهوري اسلامي آنها را به دعوت "تلويزيون هاي سلطنت طلب" مرتبط ‏دانستند. ‏
سايت البرز در مورد "ديوار نويسي بر عليه رييس جمهور" نوشته است: "اهالي خياباني در يک شهرشمالي کشور صبح ‏امروز ‏‎]‎يکشنبه‎[‎‏ شاهد شعار نويسي عليه رئيس جمهور بود."‏
‏ به گزارش اين سايت "شعارنويس يا شعارنويسان که با استفاده ازرنگهاي تحت فشار(اسپري) با دو رنگ قرمز ومشکي ‏اقدام به شعار نويسي نموده بودند ازمردم براي تجمع برعليه گراني وتورم دعوت" به عمل آورده بودند.‏
گزارش البرز حاکيست شعار نويسان ازمردم خواسته اند روز اول تير در اعتراض به گراني وتورم برعليه دولت تظاهرات ‏راه بيندازند.در اين اعتراضات ديواري، علاوه برشعار نويسي عليه احمدي نژاد ودعوت به تظاهرات عمومي، شعارهايي ‏عليه نظام جمهوري اسلامي نيز نوشته شده بود.اين شعارها که درخيابان شهداي اين شهر نوشته شده بود، ديروز توسط ‏شهرداري اين شهر پاک شد.‏
البته البرز به يک شهر اشاره کرده اما يک روزنامه نگار در شهر رشت در گفت و گو با روز از نوشتن شعار هاي ضد ‏حکومتي روي ديوارهاي اين شهر نيز خبر داد. وي گفت: "در خيالان هاي لاکاني، سعدي و منظريه شعارهايي بر عليه ‏دولت نهم نوشته شده که تا ظهر امروز ‏‎]‎يکشنبه‎[‎‏ هنوز پاک نشده بود."‏
وي به برخي از اين شعارها نيز اشاره کرد که عبارتند از: "نفت بشکه اي 160 دلار، افزايش تورم چهل درصد"، "پول ‏نفت ايران، بر سر سفره لبنان"، "احمدي نژاد، مسوول گراني و تورم"، "اول تير، روز اعتراض به گراني و تورم" و ‏‏"هموطن بپا خيز :1387، پايان جمهوري اسلامي".‏
همزمان وبلاگ سلام دموکرات نيز از رشت گزارش داد که "بر روي ديوار هاي برخي از خيابان هاي شهر رشت شعار ‏هايي عليه احمدي نژاد و بر ضد حکومت اسلامي نوشته شده است."‏
از شهر تبريز هم خبر مي رسد که در برخي از خيابان ها بر روي ديوار معابر شعارهايي نوشته شده است. به گفته يک ‏خبرنگار محلي در برخي از خيابان هاي تبريز از جمله ميرداماد، عباسي، آبرسان، زعفرانيه، کوي دانشگاه و مناطقي از ‏جنوب شهر شعارهايي عليه دولت و جمهوري اسلامي بر روي ديوار هانوشته شده است. صبح ديروز برخي از اين ديوار ‏نويسي ها توسط کارگران شهرداري با رنگ پوشيده شد اما هنوز آثار آن برجاي مانده است.

در اين چند هفته گذشته در شهرهاي مختلف ايران عكس شاهزاده رضا پهلوي پخش شده است در اهواز ديوار نويسي عليه حكومت آخوندي بيشتر شده حمايت مردم از كارگران هفت تپه و مردم به جان آمده ايران روز شماري براي ساقت شدن اين حكومت مي كنند ‏
همچنين از شيراز خبر مي رسد که روي برخي از ديوارهاي خيابان سپه، شعارهايي بر عليه دولت احمدي نژاد نوشته شده ‏است. در يکي از اين ديوار نويسي ها از مردم خواسته شده است در روز اول تير "براي اعتراض ملي به گراني" به خيابان ‏ها بيايند. ‏
سايت کمپين آزادي و برابري پيش از اين از ديوار نويسي در دانشگاه مشهد خبرداده بود. براساس اين گزارش چهارم خرداد ‏ماه دانشجويان دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد هنگام ورود به دانشکده هاي ادبيات و علوم انساني (مرکز دانشگاه) و الهيات (جنب ‏درب ورودي دانشگاه) با انبوهي از ديوار نوشته ها مواجه شدند. اين ديوار نويسي ها حاوي شعارهاي تندي بر عليه ‏حکومت بود. برخي از اين شعار ها چنين بود:"مرگ بر ديکتاتوري اسلامي"، "جمهوري اسلامي = سرکوب"، "دانشگاه ‏سنگر ماست"، "کميته انظباطي، دادگاه فرمايشي"، "مرگ بر ولايت فقيه"، "جمهوري اسلامي= اعدام، زندان، شکنجه".‏
به گزارش اين سايت، اين ديوار نوشته ها در مقابل ديدگان هزاران دانشجو نقش بسته بودند و به دليل بالا بودن تعداد ديوار ‏نوشته ها، رنگ زدن روي آن ها تا ساعت 12 به طول انجاميد. ‏
شعار نويسي ها در دانشگاه مشهد در حالي انجام شد که دانشجويان دانشگاه فردوسي در ابتداي خرداد چند تجمع در دانشگاه ‏برگزار کرده بودند. ‏
به گزارش کمپين آزادي و برابري ، غافل گير شدن نيروهاي انتظامي و کادرهاي امنيتي مستقر در دانشگاه کاملا مشهود ‏بود. آنها که با دستگاه فرز و رنگ ديوار نوشته ها را پاک مي کردند، همزمان با درخواست کارت دانشجويي سعي در ‏متفرق کردن دانشجويان داشتند. چندين نفر از دانشجويان هم توسط نيروهاي لباس شخصي و کادرهاي امنيتي دانشگاه تهديد ‏شدند و موبايل هاي آنان براي بررسي ضبط شد.

Journalist and activist Parvin Ardalan should have been in Stockholm on March 6, 2008. She was to receive the Olaf Palme Prize in recognition of her leading role in the One Million Signatures campaign for women's equality in Iran. However, on March 3, airport security officials removed her from a flight about to take off from Tehran's international airport, seized her passport, and served her with a summons to appear in court. Ardalan's arbitrary travel ban is just the latest in a sustained campaign of repression directed against women's rights activists in Iran, and especially against supporters of the One Million Signatures Campaign.

Please join us in calling on the Iranian government to:
end the unlawful harassment of non-violent activists in Iran, including by returning Parvin Ardalan's passport and respecting her right to travel; end censorship of websites and publications that promote human rights and women's rights;release those imprisoned for their support of the campaign; drop charges and close criminal investigations into the legitimate activities of such activists.

Fuel protesters are planning a new campaign of action targeting oil refineries and depots across the UK at the weekend. A group called Transaction-2007, an alliance of farmers and hauliers, is spearheading a new wave of protests fuelled by rising petrol prices. Prices on the forecourt passed the £1 mark several weeks ago and appear to be heading higher. Campaigners are planning a peaceful protest on Saturday to highlight the damage the high fuel prices are doing.
They warn that if the Government fails to get the message, they will be radically stepping up their efforts in the New Year. A strategic blockade of oil refineries in 2000 brought the country to a standstill and forced the Government to cut tax on petrol. David Hanley, chairman of protest group Farmers for Action, warned that similar scenes could be repeated without Government action. "We have been monitoring the fuel issue for some considerable time," he said. "Some time ago we were approached by the haulage industry with regard to meeting to discuss what to do. As a result, we have decided to do something to highlight the rising tax on fuel. It will be an entirely peaceful protest." He added: "We really don't know what else to do. We have been making noises to the Government for the last eight months but nobody is listening. "Something has to be done to try and ease the situation, otherwise essential users will have to put up their prices. If that happens, food prices will go up and everyone will suffer." He said the Government has had massive extra tax revenue as a result of the oil price and the tax on petrol. "We feel it has the money to be able to do something."

Congress Condemns Iranian Labor Crackdown Kudos to the House for passing, 418-1, a bipartisan measure condemning Iran's persecution of labor union organizers and activists. Hopefully, there can be hearings soon on the same issue.

نیروی انتطامی تجمع کارگران کشتی سازی را سرکوب کرد
خبرگزاری حکومتی فارس: تجمع كارگران اخراجي مجتمع كشتي سازي خليج فارس كه در اعتراض به وضعيت كاري خود اعتراض داشتند با حضور پليس خاتمه يافت. 280 نفر از كارگران اخراجي اين مجتمع ضمن تجمع و فريادهاي اعتراض آميز مسئولين را در جهت رفع مشكلاتشان به ياري طلبيدند. اين گزارش حاكي است كه ظرف دوسال گذشته اين چندمين باري است كه با انجام تعديل نيرو در اين مجتمع صنعتي شاهد تحصن و اعتراض كارگران اخراجي هستيم. براساس مدارك موجود، اين مجتمع ظرف چند سال، سفارش‌هايي براي ساخت كشتي از كشتيراني جمهوري اسلامي داشته، ولي تاكنون نتوانسته است به تعهدات خود جامه عمل بپوشاند. اين گزارش حاكي است، اين تجمع با دخالت نيروهاي انتظامي استان خاتمه يافت.

نزاع بر سر كارت سوخت بنزین منجر به قتل شد
خبرگزاری حکومتی انتخاب: نزاع دو نفر بر سر كارت سوخت در يك پمپ بنزين مشهد منجر به قتل شد. بعد از ظهر سه شنبه گذشته فردي پس از سوخت گيري خودرويش در پمپ بنزين چهارراه خسروي مشهد، متوجه به جا گذاشتن كارت سوخت خود در پمپ بنزين شد و به محل پمپ بنزين بازگشت. برپايه اين خبر، وي هنگام جستجو براي يافتن كارت سوخت خود با راننده يك خودروي نيسان درگير شده و سعي داشت از حركت خودروي نيسان جلوگيري كند، ولي راننده نيسان فرد مورد نظر را زير گرفت. ادامه اين خبر حاكي است، مجروح حادثه براي مداوا به بيمارستان انتقال يافت، ولي بر اثر شدت صدمات وارده جان باخت. با اعلام وقوع اين حادثه، راننده نيسان توسط مأموران انتظامي دستگير شد و موضوع به بازپرسي شعبه 26 ويژه قتل عمد اعلام گرديد.

حمله نیروهای آمریکايی به مخفیگاه عوامل رژیم تهران در عراق

به گزارش خبرگزاری فرانسه از بغداد، نیروهای آمریکايی در عراق صبح امروز در جریان حمله به مخفیگاه شماری از عوامل رژیم تهران در بعقوبه در شمال بغداد، دست کم 25 تن از آنان را بهلاکت رساندند.ارتش آمریکا در بیانیه خود گفته است افراد مسلحی که در این عملیات مورد حمله قرار گرفتند، سلاحهای پیشرفته از جمله موشک زمین به هوا در اختیار داشتند. بنا به بیانیه ارتش آمریکا، این گروه مسلح شبه نظامی با اعضای سپاه پاسداران در ارتباط بودند و در فعالیتهايی از جمله ورود سلاح از ایران به عراق دست داشتند. خبرگزاری فرانسه نوشت ارتش آمریکا از چند ماه پیش دستور دارد با افراد شبه نظامی تحت حمایت رژیم تهران یا عوامل وابسته به سپاه پاسداران شدیدا برخورد کند.منابع اطلاعاتی آمریکا می گویند رژیم تهران، گروههای ویژه شبه نظامی را برای انجام عملیات در عراق آموزش می دهد و به آنها کمکهای مالی و لجستیکی می رساند.

DEMONSTRATION IN SUPPORT OF THE TEACHERS IN IRAN

اطلاعيه همبستگی با معلمين ایران

تظاهرات جهانی در حمايت با معلمين ايران در لندن و شهر های ديگر جهان در يک روز برگذار ميشود زمان یکشنبه 30 سپتامبر.

هم میهنان، در این زمان بسیار حساس، تنها راه نجات ایران اتحاد است اتحاد.

بدین وسیله جنبش شیر و خورشید ایران گروهی تشکیل شده از گروه ها و فعالان سیاسی با تفکرات فکری گوناگون اعلام میدارد.

در حمايت از معلمين، ما ايرانيان مقيم انگلستان با برگذاری تظاهرات در لندن به معلمين عزيز خود ميگوئيم در راهی که برگزيدند تنها نيستند و آنها را حمايت خواهيم کرد و بدين طريق اتحاد خود با آنها را اعلام ميداريم.

سنديکاها، اتحادیه ها، گروه ها و شخصیتهای سیاسی با دلی لبریز از همبستگی و اتحاد در اين روز گرد هم میآیند تا پیام شما معلمين عزيز را به جهانیان برسانند.

از هموطنان عزيز با هر مرام، مسلک و مذهبي انتظار ميرود با حضور خود باعث رونق این تظاهرات در حمایت از معلمين عزيز خود شوند.

ایرانیان مبارز و آزادیخواه


هم میهنان؛ به پیشواز اول ماه مهر میرویم؛ روز بازگشائی مدارس و دانشگاهها، روزی که شیفتگان دانش و خرد به سنگر خود درپیکاربا جهل و تاریک اندیشی باز میگردند. دانشگاهها در ایران همواره سنگر آگاهی و آزاداندیشی و آزادیخواهی بوده است. چه بسیارانی از دانشگاهیان که در سال 1359 به نام انقلاب فرهنگی دستگیر و زندانی شدند و یا جان باختند.
دانشجویان و استادان و فرهنگیان پیوسته پرچم آزادیخواهی و حق طلبی را به دوش كشیدهاند و در کنار سایر جنبشهای مردمی و به خصوص زنان و کارگران به مبارزات خود ادامه داده و میدهند. امروزه مبارزات فرهنگیان، زنان، کارگران، و دانشجویان دراعتراض به نابسامانیهای اقتصادی و تورم روز افزون و برای تأمین خواستهای صنفی و مدنی آنان شدت گرفته است و در مقابل آن، ما شاهد موج جدیدی از یورش به خانه ها ی فعالان این گروهها و دستگیریها و اخراج آنان هستیم. این روند سرکوب هرروز ابعاد گسترده تر، خشن تر و نگران کننده تری به خود میگیرد. اعدام های گروهی در برابر دیدگان وحشتزده مردم و ایجاد فضای ترس و ارعاب نشان از حاکمیت نظامی وفاشیستی دارد. زندانیان سیاسی احساس خطر كرده و هشدار میدهند که فاجعهای بزرگ درراه است. در این شرایط بحرانی و خطرناك شایسته است ضمن محکوم كردن رفتارهای ضد انسانی و نقض فاحش حقوق بشر توسط نظام جمهوری اسلامی، و در راستای همبستگی ملی ایرانیان برای حمایت ازجنبش های مردمی و «همبستگی مهر» در داخل ایران، در گردهمآییهای اعتراضی که در نقاط مختلف اروپا و شمال آمریكا و از جمله شهرهای لندن، استکهلم و آتلانتا در روز های 29 و 30 سپنامبر برگزار میشود شركت كنیم. هم میهن؛ امروز تنها در یك همبستگی ملی میتوانیم به مبارزات حقطلبانه و آزادیخواهانه مردم كشورمان یاری رسانیم. در کنار هم، پیوسته، هم چون رودی خروشان و موجی سهمگین باشیم. و بدانیم هر یک ازما سهمی در آینده میهن عزیزمان ایران داریم.
