مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران صدها نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران از ساعت 11 صبح امروز روبروی دانشکده ی فنی تجمع کرده وبه سنت هر ساله برای حمایت و ورود دانشجویانی که بیرون دانشگاه حضور داشتند و نیروهای امنیتی و انتظامی مانع ورود آنان به دانشگاه شده بودند ساعت 12 با حرکت به سمت درب 16 آذر اقدام به شکستن قفل های این درب نموده و باعث ورود آنان به داخل دانشگاه شدند. سپس با هماهنگی دفتر تحکیم وحدت روبروی دانشکده فنی تریبون آزاد دانشجویی برپا شد و دانشجویان با سر دادن شعارهایی نسبت به سیاست های دولت بویژه طرح بومی گزینی دانشجویان ، سهمیه بندی جنسیتی ، سیاستهای اقتصادی ، فضای بسته دانشگاهها و سخنان تهدید آمیز وزیر علوم اعتراض کردند.جمعیت تجمع کنندگان علیرغم حضور پرشمار نیروهای امنیتی و انتظامی ، بالغ بر چهارهزار تن تخمین زده میشد.در این مراسم تعدادی از فعالان دانشجویی منجمله مهدی عربشاهی دبیر تحکیم وحدت ، شاهین زینعلی نماینده ائتلاف دانشجویان ملی آزادی خواه و خانم مهدیه گلرو نماینده کمیته ی دفاع از حق تحصیل سخنرانی کردند. این مراسم ساعت 14 با حرکت دانشجویان به سمت درب اصلی دانشگاه به پایان رسید

خطاب من در این روز سیـاه، فـرد فـرد شما عزیزان اید. جمهوری تباهی، امروز در سخت ترین تنگناهــای درونی و برونی گرفتارآمده است. نسلی نــو به میان آمده است. نسلی که هم از تجربـۀ ویرانگر پدران خود آموخته و هم نگاهش به فراسوی ماتم است. نسلی که بدنۀ هرم جمعیتی ایران و نیروی محرکۀ اصلی افکارعمومی این ملت را تشکیل می دهد. نسلی که بــرآنست که بساط غم برانــدازد و بـــرای میهن و زنــدگی خویش طرحی نــو دراندازد. نسلی کـــه، از این پس، هستی ایران در گروی ارادۀ آن نهفته است.

وبلاگ کانون صنفی معلمان ایران : علی پورسلیمان طی حکمی از سوی شعبه ی ۱۵دادگاه انقلاب كه درتاريخ ۲۳/ديماه/۱۳۸۶به وي ابلاغ شده ، به ۳سال زندان محکوم شده است. به گفته آقای پورسلیمان این حکم به مدت ۵ سال به تعلیق افتاده است. علی پورسلیمان می گوید اتهاماتش: ۱- اجتماع وتبانی به قصدبرهم زدن امنیت کشور ۲- اخلال در نظم عمومی ۳- تمرد از دستور پلیس مي باشد. اما تنها اتهام نخست (اجتماع وتبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور) وارد بوده و از دواتهام دیگر تبرئه شده. علي پورسلیمان در یک گفتگوی کوتاه گفت:
پیام من به معلمان این است، که نباید در برخورد با حوادث آموزش و پرورش بی تفاوت باشند، دادگاههایی که انجام شده، برای زهرچشم گرفتن از معلمان است، امیدوارم درچارچوب قانون پیگیر حقوق خودشان و جامعه باشند، باتوجه به وضعیت کنونی نسبت به سرنوشت اجتماع خود، بی تفاوت نباشند. زیرا این مشکلات نتیجه ی بی تفاوتی های مردم است. انسان یک موجود اجتماعی است، اجتماعی زیستن را خدا به انسان بخشیده، حاکمیت می خواهد اجتماعی بودن را از معلمان و مردم بگیرد. غیرسیاسی بودن مردم و معلمان مساوی است با مرگ سیاسی جامعه.
Amnesty International Calls Iran's Practice of Stoning a Cruel and Unacceptable Practice

As nine women and two men in Iran wait to be stoned to death, Amnesty International today called on the Iranian authorities to abolish execution by stoning and impose an immediate moratorium on this horrific practice, specifically designed to increase the suffering of the victims.In a new report published today, "Iran: Death by stoning, a grotesque and unacceptable penalty," the organization called on the authorities urgently to repeal or amend the country's Penal Code and to ensure total adherence in the meantime to a moratorium on stoning issued by the Head of the Judiciary in 2002."We welcome the recent advances toward reforms by Iranian authorities and upcoming discussions on an amended Penal Code that would suspend at least some stoning sentences," said Larry Cox, Amnesty International USA executive director. "However, the government must ensure that the new Penal Code does not allow stoning to death or other means of execution for adultery."Iran's Penal Code prescribes execution by stoning. It even dictates that the stones are large enough to cause pain, but not so large as to kill the victim immediately. Article 102 of the Penal Code states that men should be buried up to their waists and women up to their breasts for the purpose of execution by stoning. Article 104 states, with reference to the penalty for adultery, that the stones used should "not be large enough to kill the person by one or two strikes; nor should they be so small that they could not be defined as stones."The serious failings in the justice system commonly result in unfair trials, including in capital cases. Despite the moratorium imposed in 2002 and official denials that stoning sentences continued to be implemented in Iran, deaths by stoning have been reported. Ja'far Kiani was stoned to death on July 5, 2007 in the village of Aghche-kand, near Takestan in Qazvin province. He had been convicted of committing adultery with Mokarrameh Ebrahimi, with whom he had two children and who was also sentenced to death by stoning. The stoning was carried out despite a stay of execution ordered in his case and in defiance of the 2002 moratorium.It was the first officially confirmed stoning since the moratorium, although a woman and a man are known to have been stoned to death in Mashhad in May 2006. There are fears that Mokarrameh Ebrahimi may yet suffer the same fate. She is in Choubin prison, Qazvin province, apparently with one of her two children.Amnesty International is equally worried about the remaining eight women and two men who may face the same fate, and whose cases are highlighted in the new report.The majority of those sentenced to death by stoning are women. Women suffer disproportionately from such punishment. One reason is that they are not treated equally before the law and courts, in clear violation of international fair trial standards. They are particularly vulnerable to unfair trials because they are more likely than men to be illiterate and therefore more likely to sign confessions to crimes they did not commit. Discrimination against women in other aspects of their lives also leaves them more susceptible to conviction for adultery.In spite of this gloomy reality, there are grounds to hope that death by stoning will be completely abolished in Iran in the future. Courageous efforts are being made by local human rights defenders in Iran who launched the "Stop Stoning Forever" campaign following the May 2006 stonings in Mashhad. Since they began, their efforts have helped save four women and one man--Hajieh Esmailvand, Soghra Mola'i, Zahra Reza'i, Parisa A and her husband Najaf--from stoning. As well, another woman, Ashraf Kalhori, has had her stoning sentence temporarily stayed."The Iranian government should pay attention to its civil society activists who are working courageously to end stoning," said Elise Auerbach, Amnesty International USA Iran country specialist.But these efforts have come at a high price. Campaigners in Iran continue to face harassment and intimidation from the authorities. Asieh Amini, Shadi Sadr and Mahboubeh Abbasgholizadeh, another leading member of "Stop Stoning Forever," were among 33 women arrested while protesting in March 2007 about the trial of five women's rights activists in Tehran. Thirty-one of the detainees were released by March 9. Mahboubeh Abbasgholizadeh and Shadi Sadr were released on bail of 200 million toumans (over U.S. $215,000) on March 19. با مهر مرداويج ==================================================== جمعِت خرد پيشه گان ريشه ای ايران از شما دعوت مينمايد جشن سده را گرامی بداريم و با حضور خود به اين جشن رونق دهيم شنبه 13 بهمن 2566 شاهنشاهی (1386 خورشيدی) 2 فوريه 2008 ترسائی از ساعت 6:30 تا 10 شب آدرس: St Mary's Hall, 30 Hendon Lane N3 1TR نزديکترين ايستگاه قطار زيرزمينی: فينچلی سنترال Nearest Tube Station: Finchley Central (Northern Line) برای اطلاعات بيشتر با تارنمای http://www.awti.org/ يا کدبان آرش شماره 6289 277 0793 تماس بگيريد آتش متعلق به مردم سرزمين ايران است جشن سده که جايگاه آن به بزرگی جشن‌هاي نوروز و مهرگان مي‌رسد جشن پيدايش آتش است. زمان آن 100 روز از پايان تابستان گذشته و يا 50 روز و 50 شب به نوروز مانده است اين جشن بر پا ميشود. از نظر تاريخي نسبت اين جشن به هوشنگ شاه داده شده است. در شاهنامه آمده است كه روزي هوشنگ شاه با همراهانش در كوهي مي‌رفتند ناگهان چيزي دراز و تيره و سياه رنگ ديد كه ماري بود و هوشنگ سنگي گرفت و سوي مار پرتاب كرد كه آنرا بكشد .سنگ به سنگ ديگري برخورد كرد و چون هر دو سنگ چخماق بود جرقه‌اي پديدار شد و به بوته گرفت و مار فرار كرد. از اين رويداد هوشنگ شاه شادمان شد و خداوند را نيايش كرد كه راز آتش را به او آشكار كرده است. دهم بهمن ماه را به نشانه گراميداشت اين اتفاق جشن مي‌گيرند. برخي نيز گويند: چون صد روز از زمستان بزرگ مي‌گذرد، ايرانيان جشن سده را برپا ميکنند. چون معتقد اندكه اوج و شدت سرما سپري شده و اين پديده نابساماني و سكون كه از كردار اهريمن است، توان و نيرويش رو به زوال است. پس همگان در دشت و صحرا گرد آمده و تلي بزرگ از خار و خس و هيزم فراهم مي‌كنند و با فرارسيدن تاريكي شب مي‌افروزند و اعتقاد دارند كه اين جلوه گاه فروغ اهورايي، بازمانده سرما را نابود مي‌كند. در روزگار قديم چون جشن سده فراز مي‌آمد مهمترين مراسمي را كه معمول مي‌داشتند و از دير باز تا كنون نيز برجاست آتش افروزي بوده است. آتش افروزي كه اساسا شكوه و جلا‌ل جشن سده بر آن استوار بوده و هست در پايان روز دهم و شب يازدهم انجام مي‌گرفت پادشاهان و بزرگان و مردمان ديگر هر يك به فراخور حال خود به تهيه هيزم و خار و خاشاك بويژه چوب گز مي‌پرداختند و كوهه‌ها و پشته‌هايي بلند از آنها مي‌ساختند و آتش مي‌زدند. بعد از حمله تازيان به ايران که اين جشن به فراموشی سپرده شده بود مرداويج زياري برای اولين بار بعد از آزاد کردن اصفهان از حکومت تازيان دوباره اين جشن را در اصفهان برپا کرد و تمامی دشت و بيابان، تپه و كوه و دو طرف زايده رود را پر از آتش کرد و با آزاد کردن پرندگان در شب هنگامی که به پای آنان ظرفهايی مخصوص از آتش بطوری که به پرنده آسيبی نرسد به اين جشن شکوه بيشتری داد. دلقک ها، رقاصان و نوازندگان در اين شب مردم را شادمان ميکردند، از مردم با غذاها و نوشيدنی های گوناگون پذيرائی ميشد. اين پادشاه فرمان داده بود از تنه درخت خرما منبرها و قبه‌هايي بسازند و درون آن را به خس و خاشاك و ني پر كنند و آتش بزنند پشته خار كه آتش گرفت چون به تندي فروزان ميشود بسيار تماشايي است زماني‌كه شعله‌ها از شدت خود مي‌كاهد مردم از روي آن ميپرند. و بدين ترتيب او توانست دوباره روشنائی را به اصفهان و ايران برگرداند و فرهنگ ريشه ای ايرانی که ميرفت به فراموشی سپرده شود دوباره در جامعه شکوفا گردد. در مجالسي كه با حضور پادشاهان و بزرگان بر پا ميشد شمع‌ها نصب ميكردند كه مي‌بايست تا هنگام غروب افروخته شود. گرد آتشي كه در حضور پادشاه يا بزرگی افروخته ميشد خواني مي‌گستراندند. شعرا قصايدي را كه در مدح جشن سده ساخته بودند مي‌سرودند و مردم به شادي مي‌پرداختند و از فراز توده‌هاي كوچك آتش مي‌پريدند. نغمه سرايي و دادن نمايش‌هاي جالب نيز در كنار آتش انجام مي‌گيرد و مراسم با شادي و سرور به پايان مي‌رسد.

بدينوسيله : جمعيت خرد پيشةگان ريشةای ايران از هم‌ميهنان گرامي دعوت مينمايد. ضمن شركت در اين تظاهرات به حمايت از مردم رنجديده ايران و با دادن دلگرمي به آنان، براي رهايي كشور تحت سلطه غاصبان، به آزاديخواهان بپيوندند.

Iranian students staged a new demonstration at Tehran University on Sunday, damaging the main gate to allow outsiders into the campus and denouncing President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, news agencies reported. The protesters chanted slogans against the president and carried banners calling for the release of three fellow students who have been held since May in a high-profile case, the Fars news agency and state-run IRNA reported.
The reports did not disclose the number of students involved. Both news agencies said that the demonstration had been called by the radical wing of the Office to Foster Unity, a reformist student group. "The students marched on the gate and damaged it, and this allowed several non-students to enter the campus. The students chanted slogans and carried protesting placards," IRNA reported. "Ahmadi-Pinochet, Iran will not become Chile!" chanted the protesters, playing on the names of the Iranian president and late Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet, Fars reported. The students also burned a copy of Kayhan newspaper, the mouthpiece of the clerical establishment that is bitterly critical of the Iranian reformist movement, it said. According to IRNA, anti-riot police were stationed outside the campus but did not intervene. There has been a string of demonstrations at Tehran universities in past months as students protest against the replacement of liberal professors, pressure on activists by the authorities and the detention of three students. The demonstration on Sunday was at least the second within a week at Tehran University after dozens of students held a similar protest on Tuesday. Mehdi Arabshahi, a member of the central board of the Office to Foster Unity, said that 1,500 people joined the latest protest, although there was no confirmation of this figure from Iranian media. Arabshahi told AFP that university security officials had initially shut the main gate in a bid to prevent large numbers gathering for the protest. "But the students forced their way in and broke the gate so that others could enter. "They protested against the detention of the students, the oppressive policies of the government and advocated rights for all Iranians," he added, saying that the participants included liberals and ethnic Kurds. Arabshahi said the protest lasted for more than two hours after starting at 12:00 pm (0830 GMT) and that it was peaceful. "We are gathered here to say students are alive and are critical of wrong polices," IRNA quoted another unnamed student as saying. The demonstration came a day after the intelligence ministry said it had arrested an unspecified number of people using "fake student cards to hold an illegal demonstration" at Tehran University. The timing of those arrests was not given, but it is likely that they took place before Friday which was annual students' day in Iran. The case of the three detained students from Tehran's Amir Kabir University has become a major issue for the protesting students. Detained since May, the trio were given jail sentences of up to three years in October on charges of printing anti-Islamic images in four student newspapers -- accusations they vehemently deny. Reformist leaders such as former president Mohammad Khatami have openly called for the three to be released, but hardliners have said the gravity of their crimes means they must stay behind bars. Meanwhile, a group of Islamist students held a counter-demonstration outside the offices of the Iranian judiciary to protest against the Tehran University gathering, Fars reported. "We condemn the demonstrations by the liberals at Tehran University, which are supported financially and morally by the opposition and the enemies," one demonstrator told the agency. "We are astonished that this is not prevented when they are growing bolder by the day."

For the last three decades, Islamic Republic has organised Al-Quds rallies across the European cities on the last Sunday of Ramadan. In London, except on one occasion three years ago, the Al-Quds march has taken place completely unopposed. On that rare occasion three years ago, there were only seven of us then but we still managed to persuade a UK Left wing group not to join the rally.The whole purpose behind the carnival is nothing but propaganda for the Islamic Republic of Iran. By arranging this annual rally, the Islamic Republic wants to pretend to be a friend of the Palestinian people and attempt to recruit from those gullible individuals who would believe such Islamic Republic misinformation.The truth is of course very different. The clerical theocracy ruling Iran has brought nothing but misery, poverty, corruption, drug addiction, crisis and instability for the iranian people and it sure won't bring prosperity and happiness for the Palestinians or any other people.The Al-Quds rally in London this year was different for two reasons however. There were much fewer participants in the Islamic government sponsored march. In fact the marchers were more than two hours behind the schedule, desperately applying their rent a crowd expertise before they could begin their march. We believe the cause of these massive and rabid executions by the Islamic Republic is the immense fear of the regime for a sudden uprising of the Iranian people who oppose the regime and its barbaric treatment of the innocent Iranian people. The feeling of hatred is simmering for the despotic rulers in Iran among the population. They have summarily executed tens of thousands of Iranian dissidents. Their record speaks for itself. They had no qualms at sending thousands of children to clear the minefields ahead of their tanks during the 1980-88 war with Iraq ; and they have thousands of “martyrs” brainwashed and prepared to serve as bomb mules to be dispatched to any place in the world.
