Previously unknown video shows inexpliqueable fires in the center floors. Are these the offices of the CIA and NSA - which were overdesigned to withstand just such a conflagration? If so, did the destruction originate with the spooks? Crucial evidentiary documents were lost which implicated various government agencies and their partner-corporations in criminal acts, evaporating the cases.
