خبرگزاری حکومتی ایرنا: معاون اجتماعي وارشاد قرارگاه عملياتي رسول اكرم(ص)گفت: اشرار مسلح بامداد يكشنبه با مسدود كردن مسير چابهار ايرانشهر تعدادي خودرو عبوري را به آتش كشيده و دو نفر را ربودند. سرهنگ "محمدجواد اثني‌عشري" روزيكشنبه در گفتگو با ايرنا بيان كرد: ساعت هفت صبح‌امروز تعدادي اشرار مسلح اقدام به راهبندان مسير چابهار- ايرانشهر حوالي پل سمنگان كرده و تعدادي خودرو را به آتش زدند. وي افزود: اشرار مسلح دو مسافر عبوري را نيز به گروگان بردند. او گفت: هنوز مشخص نيست كه آيا در اين حادثه فرد يا افرادي شهيد و مجروح شده‌اند. وي بيان كرد: در پي وقوع اين حادثه واحدهاي قرارگاه ملياتي‌رسول‌اكرم(ص) و انتظامي استان در محل حضور يافته و به رديابي اشرار پرداختند. قرارگاه عملياتي رسول اكرم(ص) به‌فرماندهي سردار اسماعيل احمدي مقدم فرمانده نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي داراي پنج قرارگاه تابعه شامل فتح انتظامي، شهيد ميرحسيني سپاه پاسداران، بعثت نيروي مقاومت بسيج در سيستان و بلوچستان است. اشرار مسلح ۲۵اسفند ماه سال ۸۴نيز با مسدود كردن راه ارتباطي زابل زاهدان در حوالي تاسوكي ۲۲نفر را شهيد و تعدادي را مجروح و هفت نفر را گروگان بردند. بر اساس اين گزارش اشرار مسلح فروردين سال ۸۵نيز محور كرمان به دارزين بم را مسدود و تعدادي را شهيد و مجروح كردند.

خبرگزاری حکومتی فارس: "معاون سياسي امنيتي استانداري كرمانشاه از تيراندازي افراد مسلح ناشناس به ايست بازرسي پاسگاه شمشير گلوگاه محور پاوه خبر داد. علي تعالي معاون سياسي امنيتي استانداري كرمانشاه گفت: شب گذشته افراد مسلح ناشناس به ايست بازرسي پاسگاه شمشير در گلوگاه محور پاوه تيراندازي كردند كه با تبادل آتش نيروهاي انتظامي متواري شدند.
معاون سياسي امنيتي استانداري كرمانشاه گفت چند نفر از افراد شخصي در اين درگيري در جاده زخمي شدند، اما هيچ يك از پرسنل نيروهاي انتظامي دراين درگيري صدمه نديد."

Tehran - A group of Iranians abducted in south-eastern Iran and taken to neighbouring Pakistan have been released, an Iranian police spokesman said on state television Monday. An unidentified criminal gang had on Sunday taken at least 30 people hostage in the Iranian province of Sistan-Beluchistan and absconded with them to Pakistan. The Pakistani police enabled the release of the hostages and their return to Iran, the spokesman said without giving further details. The gang, firing weapons, had on Sunday blocked the road leading to the provincial city Chabahar and abducted the 30, mainly from a passing bus. Local police surrounded the area. State television quoted security officials as identifying the hostage-takers as \'terrorists\' belonging to well-known networks. Gangs operating in the area, which borders Afghanistan and Pakistan, are usually involved in drug-trafficking, using kidnappings to force the release of imprisoned members. A Belgian couple were last week abducted by a criminal band led by Ismael Shahbakhsh, who in return for their safe release demanded the release of his brother from a local prison. The woman tourist was released but the husband remains captive. In 2003, two Germans and an Irish citizen were abducted by bandit groups during a cycling trip near Zahedan, and were released after a month. It was unclear at that time whether a ransom was paid.

Iraqi Kurdish officials expressed deepening concern yesterday at an upsurge in fierce clashes between Kurdish guerrillas and Iranian forces in the remote border area of north-east Iraq, where Tehran has recently deployed thousands of Revolutionary Guards.
Jabar Yawar, a deputy minister in the Kurdistan regional government, said four days of intermittent shelling by Iranian forces had hit mountain villages high up on the Iraqi side of the border, wounding two women, destroying livestock and property, and displacing about 1,000 people from their homes. Mr Yawer said there had also been intense fighting on the Iraqi border between Iranian forces and guerrillas of the Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK), an armed Iranian Kurdish group that is stepping up its campaign for Kurdish rights against the theocratic regime in Tehran.On Saturday the Iranian news agency Mehr said an Iranian army helicopter which crashed killing six Republican Guard members had been engaged in a military operation against PJAK. Iranian officials said the helicopter had crashed into the side of a mountain during bad weather in northern Iraq. PJAK sources said the helicopter had been destroyed after it attempted to land in a clearing mined by guerrillas. The PJAK sources claimed its guerrillas had also killed at least five other Iranian soldiers, and a local pro-regime chief, Hussein Bapir. "If this escalates it could pose a real threat to the Kurdistan region, which is Iraq's most stable area," said Mr Yawar, who said he expected the Iraqi government and US officials in Iraq to make a formal protest to Tehran about the "blatant violation of Iraqi sovereignty". The escalation of tensions in northern Iraq came as a senior US army officer renewed allegations of Iranian support for Shia militias in the south. Major-General Rick Lynch told reporters in the capital that up to 50 members of the elite Revolutionary Guard corps had crossed into Iraq and were training Shia militia members. Analysts believe PJAK is the fastest growing armed resistance group in Iran. As well as the 3,000 or so members under arms in the mountains, it also claims tens of thousands of followers in secret cells in Iranian Kurdistan. Its campaigning on women's rights has struck a chord with young Iranian Kurdish women. The group says 45% of its fighters are female. Iranian authorities regard the group as a terrorist outfit being sponsored and armed by the US to increase pressure on Iran. On a recent visit to PJAK camps in the Qandil mountains the Guardian saw no evidence of American weaponry. The majority of its fighters toted Soviet-era Kalashnikovs. In an interview Biryar Gabar, a member of the leadership committee, said the group had no relations with the Americans, but was "open to any group that shares our ideals of a free federal democratic and secular Iran."

طبق گزارش فعالین انجمن دفاع اززندانیان سیاسی وحقوق بشر از شهر مریوان شب 22 مرداد ماه گروهی نیروی مسلح که خود را" نیروی گارد آزادی" معرفی کرده اند برای چند ساعت شهرک جوجه سازی را به تصرف خود درآورده اند و درمیان مردم و مسافرین مسیر سنندج – مریوان اقدام به تبلیغ و سخنرانی کردند. طبق همین خبر نیروهای انتظامی وامنیتی تا چندین ساعت بعد از این رویداد ازپایگاهای خود بیرون نیامده وعکس العملی از خود نشان نداده اند. هنگام سخنرانی دوتن از فرمانده هان گروه نظامی گارد آزادی تعداد زیادی مردم درمحل تجمع کرده و ابراز خوشحالی میکردند. نیروهای امنیتی روز بعد به بازدید محل پرداخته وپاسداران ونیروهای نظامی به مانور نظامی درمنطقه پرداخته ومردم را تهدید و بازجویی کرده اند. انجمن دفاع اززندانیان سیاسی وحقوق بشر ایران
به گزارش پایگاه خبری اتحادیه میهنی کردستان عراق، جمهوری اسلامی برای اجرای یک عملیات برون مرزی در شمال عراق علیه سازمان پژاک آماده شده است. به گزارش سایت حکومتی عصر ایران، این منبع نوشته است نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی در نزدیکی شهر مرزی حاج عمران مستقر شده و احتمال دارد یک عملیات نظامی برون مرزی را در شمال عراق با هدف ضربه زدن به مواضع گروه پژاک آغاز کند. این حملات احتمالی پس از آن صورت می گیرد که توپخانه جمهوری اسلامی طی روزهای گذشته اهدافی را در کوه های قندیل واقع در شمال عراق زیر آتش خود گرفت. پایگاه های حزب حیات آزاد کردستان موسوم به "پژاک" در کوه های قندیل واقع است. یک هلیکوپتر سپاه پاسداران روز جمعه در نزدیکی کوه های قندیل سقوط کرد که به کشته شدن شش سرنشین نظامی آن منجر شد.
طبق گزارش فعالین انجمن دفاع از زندانیان سیاسی وحقوق بشر ازشهر مریوان، امروز صبح دوشنبه 29 مردادماه 1386 نیروهای انتظامی سرنشینان یک ماشین تویوتا لانکروز را مورد هجوم مسلحانه قراردادند. درنتیجه این هجوم دونفر ازسرنشینان اتومبیل به نامهای ناصر محمودی و ابوبکر محمودی جان خود را ازدست دادند ویک نفر بنام اعظمی به شدت مجروح شد. مردم مجروح را به بیمارستان مریوان انتقال دادند. درچند ماه اخیر تعدادی ازشهروندان مریوانی درداخل شهر ودرهنگام امدورفت به محل کارو کسب خود مورد تعرض نیروهای امنیتی قرار گرفته وبه قتل رسیده اند. طبق همین گزارش خانواده های قربانیان حق طرح شکایت علیه قاتلان فرزندانشان را ندارند و دادگاههای مربوطه ازپذیرش دادخواهی آنها خود داری می کنند.
